Taking "Branrick" fig as test material, the effect of different concentrations of chlorine dioxide on the storage quality of fig during circulation was studied by chlorine dioxide treatment. The results showed that the hardness, weight loss rate, titratable acid content and soluble solid content of the fig decreased less than the control by different concentrations of chlorine dioxide, and the decay was inhibited, which could improve the storage quality of the fig in the circulation process. The 80 mg/L chlorine dioxide treated figs have the best storage quality.
