    Development of chlorine dioxide dynamic disinfection system

    When disinfecting large public places like stations and convention centers, traditional air disinfection methods cannot be disinfected when personnel are not evacuated, which has certain limitations. In view of the fact that chlorine dioxide is harmless to the human body at low concentration, the disinfection effect is obvious, and the disinfection has no residual pollutants, the shortcomings of the traditional disinfection methods can be overcome. In this paper, a dynamic disinfection system using chlorine dioxide as a disinfecting medium is designed.

    The dynamic disinfection system developed in this paper is mainly composed of chlorine dioxide generation system, control system and air distribution system. First check the relevant information to determine the chlorine dioxide preparation method and disinfection process flow of the disinfection system. According to the disinfection process conditions, refer to HG20640, complete the design and manufacture of key equipment such as reaction kettle and waste liquid tank in the chlorine dioxide generating device, and select other accessories. The material of the chlorine dioxide generator is selected from PVC standard profiles. The control system adopts the PLC of the Siemens S7-200 series model CPU224 as the control host, and adopts the model of TDK6070i as the upper computer. The control system uses negative feedback control as a whole, and the metering pump uses delay segmentation control. After the design and manufacture of the chlorine dioxide generation system and control system are completed, the whole machine is assembled and debugged. The machine has stable performance and large operation flexibility, which can meet the disinfection requirements under different conditions.

    The chlorine dioxide dynamic disinfection system developed in this paper meets the requirements of modern dynamic disinfection, and has low disinfection cost and no harmful residue. While chlorine dioxide is disinfected, it can also improve air freshness, and has broad market application prospects in the air disinfection industry.
